Conduits par la M\u00e9tropole Rouen Normandie, les premiers travaux ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 rue Claude Monnet. Ils vont s&rsquo;\u00e9tendre progressivement aux autres rues du quartier, exception faite de celles autour du centre commercial Plein Sud qui rel\u00e8vent de\u00a0 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 priv\u00e9e (co-propri\u00e9t\u00e9).
