Au del\u00e0, c\u2019est tout un quartier qui change de visage gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une vaste op\u00e9ration de renouvellement urbain du quartier, men\u00e9 par Log\u00e9o Seine Estuaire en collaboration avec la M\u00e9tropole Rouen Normandie et la Ville de Maromme.
